Is it warm light or cool?
Warm, unless a product page says otherwise. A few of the wall lights let you choose between warm white, cool white and a tricolour option at checkout; where that choice exists it is listed as an option on the product.
Can I dim these?
Most of the rechargeable lamps dim by touch, either in steps or steplessly. The hard-wired sconces generally do not dim on their own, so if you want them dimmable you will need a dimmable bulb and a dimmer on the circuit. Each product page says which it is.
Is it bright enough to read by?
The table lamps and the adjustable sconces, yes. The night lights and the decorative pieces are not reading lights and are not meant to be. They are there so a room is not fully dark.
Can I leave a night light on all night?
Yes. They are low output and warm, which is the point. A few have a timer that turns them off after twenty or thirty minutes if you would rather they did not stay on.
Putting them up
Do I need an electrician?
For the rechargeable wall lights, no. They sit on a magnetic or adhesive base that you screw or stick to the wall, and the light lifts off to charge. For the hard-wired sconces, yes, unless you genuinely know what you are doing. Rules vary by country and it is not worth guessing.
Do the wired ones come with bulbs?
It depends on the product, and each page says so. Where a bulb is not included, the page lists the cap it takes.
How long does a charge last?
It depends on the lamp and how bright you run it. Where the maker has published a figure we have put it on the product page and said that it is theirs, not ours.

Where do you ship?
Within Australia, and to a list of countries overseas. The full list is on the delivery page, and if yours is not on it the checkout will tell you before you pay. Prices convert to your local currency automatically, and you are charged in your own currency at checkout.
When will my order go out?
Within five business days, depending on the size of the piece. You will get a tracking link as soon as the parcel is scanned.
How long will it take to arrive?
See the delivery page. It depends on whether the order crosses a border.
