A domed shade on a slim stem, 26.5cm tall, with the whole head touch sensitive. Tap it to step through the brightness levels, from a low glow up to something you can read by, or hold your finger on it to dim it steplessly until it is exactly where you want it. The light also changes colour.
It runs off a built-in 2000mAh battery and charges over USB-C, which is the connector most people already have three of. Charged, it is cordless, so it moves from a bedside table to a shelf to a balcony table without a cable to hide or a socket to find.
Four shade colours. Orange and red are the warm ones and read as a deliberate object on a plain surface; black and white sit back and let the light do the talking.

Fitting & care
Most pieces arrive ready to use. Wall lights mount with the adhesive pad or the two screws in the box, and rechargeable pieces are worth charging fully before the first night.
Care
- Wipe with a dry or barely damp cloth, no solvents or household cleaners
- Keep water away from anything not rated for outdoor use
- Top up rechargeable pieces every few months if they are stored unused
